Multifunctional object FST
An unconventional combination of technology, medicine, and design in one. The multifunctional building under MoveOn includes commercial and administrative facilities, a warehouse, an ambulance, medical specialists, a garage, and a car park. The project focused on incorporating space for greenery, cycling infrastructure, above-standard width of sidewalks, and barrier-free access. A bold concept that turned out to be excellent.

Sa Taronja - Mallorca
A truly unique project located at the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, captured by the breathtaking Majorcan countryside. In the past a successful agrarian producer, today an inspiring space for artists, digital nomads, and companies. Sa Taronja offers accommodation, coworking, an organic farm, and a space for events and artistic realization. A place where historical essence combines with the creative improvements of the modern era.

You can find our projects in the geographical heart of Europe
- in Slovakia and on the picturesque Spanish island of Mallorca.
However, our vision is to expand to other European areas that have
a perspective of a promising future. The setting up of our projects
is based on various aspects, but what unites them is an intelligent
contribution to territorial development.
MoveOn is a private real
estate investment company
based in Prague.
We invest 100% in the European Union and focus on the capitals of
Europe. Our real estate portfolio consists of approximately 6,000 m2
of commercial real estate such as offices, shops, self-service
warehouses, ambulances, and studios.
We have lean management, so we act quickly, flexibly, and
decisively. We have co-workers and colleagues in Spain, Austria,
and Slovakia.
Oto Klostermann
An engineer. A creator. And one of the founders of move on.
Oto’s first professional steps led to marketing waters, specifically to
the establishment of the successful advertising agency
Lazar ~ Klostermann. After marketing, Oto began researching
the real estate market, where he acted as CEO of Vistaria
or co-owner of Kathu Development, Co.Ltd in Thailand.
One of the latest additions to Oto’s projects is the Slovak resort
Marina Liptov and a unique organic farm / event coworking center
in Mallorca - Sa Taronja.
